Getting creative with a new DT spot!

Hello lovely people,

Well, this is very exciting...I am delighted to announce that I am joining the wonderful and talented DT at Creative Inspirations!
*happy dance*

Just don't tell Dr. Hubby because he already thinks I do too much crafting ;-)

For my first week on the team we have everyone's favourite theme...

ANYTHING GOES

with the option of a sketch
- you can use any previous Creative Inspirations sketch or this lovely new one;


We are sponsored by TimeforTea Designs with a prize of 5 digi images of the winner's choice :-)


I decided to use the sketch because it really suited my style and I just added the extra detail of the fence along the bottom....
...and some extra flowers top left...
..oh, and my circle is a square!
I love sketches but do have a habit of tweaking them - lol!
Good job the sketch is optional, huh?!

This image has a lovely cosy Autumn feel to it...although I am not sure why she has gloves and a hat but an off the shoulder top - lol!
I am really starting to love colouring longer hair with lots of detail even though it takes a while to do, and practice will make perfect!

    Congrats on the new DT. Gorgeous card, my fave fence die and lovely colouring. Some images do amuse me with short sleeves but ice skates for example. I would be freezing x

    Well done on your new Dt position - you go girl Do what I do don't tell the hubbie, what he doesn't know won't hurt him. What we say in the crafty vault stays in the crafty vault. Lol

    Your card is gorgeous hunnie! As always Kat you've created a fabulous layout and your colouring is stunning. I'm loving the stony colour with the blue - it's so classy.

    Btw, thank you for leaving me a wonderful message on my blog about my Fizzy Moon card - it made my giggle. And yes you def have an over active imagination but I love it. I always look forward to your lovely messages Kat - they never fail to make me smile.

    Secondly, your card is truly wonderful - what a barnstorming first CI DT card! Your colour choice is gorgeous and I absolutely adore your colouring. Her hair looks fantastic, and I love the shading on her jumper. Your card design itself is completely inspirational.
