Hello lovely people,
It's time for a new challenge at As You Like It and our theme this time is...
YOUR FAVOURITE LAYOUT
...and don't forget to tell us why it's your favourite!
Our sponsor this time is Sweet and Sassy Stamps
My favourite layout is cased from a previous card and any design with this pretty shaped base is a winner for me but I especially loved arranging all the details around the central image circle.
It even makes it really easy to add names/ages etc. which I sometimes find a little tricky!
This bicycle image is a really simple one but is so cute and I think it would be good for some masculine designs too...minus all the flowers etc.!

ReplyDeleteOh this is such a fab card Kat! Love your design, and may have to try a similar layout some time.
ReplyDeleteI use bycicle images all the time for the males in my family (loads of cyclists, some race competitively), though I'd probably mask off the basket for them. Or not, if I fancied a gille! lol. x
*giggle...
ReplyDeleteI can see why you like this layout Kat, it is so 'useable'. I might double case it off of you!!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see a feminine bicycle image too…as you know, my bikes images are always about the boys!

That card shape is my favourite Go Create big die and the only one I own, (not for coveting a bunch of others!LOL) so I'm with you on the card shape choice. I LOVE it. Your fabulous design looks great with the lettering around the edge and the lovely magnolia branches. I always love how fabulous your stitching looks too. It really finishes the design so beautifully. I really need to rearrange my craft room so I can set up my sewing machine permanently. Anyway, long way of saying 'I love your gorgeous card'. Hugs, Wends x
