I hope you all had a lovely weekend and had some sunshine to enjoy. I had a lovely relaxing time with some gardening, a long walk and a bit of crafting - so lovely :-)
Despite that I still didn't quite have enough time to finish off this card so I am running a little later with it than intended - oops! I have used this fab Papertake Weekly Challenge sketch;
I rotated the sketch by 90 degrees and here is what I came up with;
I have wanted this Saturated Canary stamp from the moment I saw it; I just love it! Isn't she just gorgeous? She is not available as a digital image but is one of the 'rubber only' stamps and she stamps out beautifully.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely, peaceful card - gardening is my passion, and that sweet little gardener looks so much like me in my younger days LOL with the long hair and flowers all over. I always admire the stitching in your cards - so straight and perfect - I can't keep anything straight these days, so that is something I appreciate in others. I also like the earth tones you have selected - so soft and appealing - and popped them with the green shading. A beautiful card, Kat. (wanted to let you know that you've been entered in my July blog candy - something tells me that you are caring and charitable in a "natural way" all the time) :-)
